- Tank diameter 400 mm, depth 420 mm.
- 6/4″ drain valve.
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, adjustable stainless steel feet.
- Deep-drawn and waterproof top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Deep-drawn” tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom made of AISI 316 stainless steel (bottom of the tank 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, equipped with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve, rounded inner corner corners for easy and hygienic maintenance
- Water tap for filling the tank, with the control positioned on the front panel.
- Deep-drawn” cover, hinges with “torsion spring” allowing gradual closing and opening, equipped with an ergonomic lateral handle made of stainless steel.
- Indirect heating, double jacketed tank, water filling by a tap positioned on the front panel of the unit, a second one acting as an overflow, allows to check the completion of the filling, monitoring indicator and drain valve
- Pressure control of the double jacket at 0.5 bar by pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve placed above the top.
- Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame
- Temperature regulation by valve, ignition by pilot and safety system by thermocouple, mechanical piezo device, front accessibility allowing very easy maintenance.
