  • Targeted heat control ensures heat is focused toward the cooking area, improving heat distribution and providing quality, consistent cooking results
  • Iron Cast Radiant burners radiates heat up to the grates with no coal required
  • Cleaning is made easy as temperature is controlled and slightly cooler so fats cannot stick to the grates
  • Perfect for steaks, chicken and proteins
  • A stainless steel fry plate is an optional extra to cook more delicate foods such as fish and eggs
  • Individually controlled main burners, secondary ignition Piezo pilot burners and a waterless drip tray mean users can operate the machine safely and efficiently
