- Designed for high productivity.
- AISI 304 stainless steel chassis (washable with water jet), standard on stainless steel base with wheels fitted with brakes.
- Ventilated motor (IP 55 ) designed for intensive use.
- Driven by hermetically sealed gear motor, under oil bath, double liquid protection (between mincer head and motor).
- Mincer head in AISI 304 stainless steel, quick bayonet fixing device (no tools required), completely dismountable, easy and hygienic maintenance.
- Large upper hopper (563x900xh120 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel (removable), safety device by microswitch, with “square” introduction for a very quick second passage.
- Low voltage 24 V controls, in stainless steel IP67 protection class, with rotation inversion (in case of blockage).
- Unit built in compliance with the (CE) standards in force.
