The CSP2/9V professional food processor from Diamond has 2 motors with variable speed, 1100 – 2600 rpm. Featuring a stainless steel (18/10) removable heavy-gauge bottom pan has handles for and is easy to clean, as well as a clear Lexan lid to easily see the mixing process, provided with a hole to conveniently add ingredients. The 9 litre capacity and fan-cooled motor are designed for a high production yield. With a sturdy knife shaft (1 regular knife shaft included), with curved and hardened cutlery grade steel blades.
