- The enclosure of the oven and double-walled door (stamped) made of stainless steel and equipped with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels, door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
- Burners in cast iron treated waterproof, brass crown (with very high efficiency)
- Temperature regulation of burners from 1,5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance
- Enamelled cast iron grates: 390×380 mm (dishwasher safe).
- Cast iron solid plate (10 mm) with high thermal conductivity, removable central ring, gas heating by cast iron burner positioned in the center of the combustion chamber, ceramic insulation
- Temperature regulation by a gas valve (+/- 500°C), piezo-electric ignition and safety by thermocouple.

- Temperature regulation from 160° C to 310°C, via a thermostatic gas valve, piezo-electric ignition and safety by thermocouple, provided with 1 grid.
