- Enclosure and oven door double-walled (stamped) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels, door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle
- Open burners in treated cast iron “waterproof”, brass crown (with very high efficiency). Regulation of burners from 1,5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW per gas valve, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety, frontal accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance. Enamelled cast iron grates: 390×380 mm (dishwasher safe)
- Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Regulation from 160° C to 310°C, via a thermostatic gas valve, piezo-electric ignition and safety by thermocouple, provided with 1 grid
