- Burner burners in watertight treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency)
- Burner regulation from 1.5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
- Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm
- (Dishwasher safe).
- Maxi gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame
- Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by means of a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
