- Very high efficiency brass burners and crowns, “Flower Flame” technology, gas valve regulation
- Enamelled cast iron grids (450×350 mm).
- Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, placed in the vault and under the bottom of the oven
- ON/OFF switch
- Temperature regulation from 110°C to 285°C, with 1 grid.
