- Temperature regulation by thermostatic valve from 130°C to 300°C.
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn “top” (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof “IPX5”.
- Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing
- Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
- Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame.
- Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
