Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity completely welded to the top, inclined at the front.
Anti-splash edge on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
Frontal collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquid.
Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself
Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
