The Diamond E65/PL7T Electric Counter-Top Griddle has cooking plates, which are cafefully made from cast iron, have high conduction of heath that is equipped with a welded peripheral border. Also the electric heating can go through the resistance of stainless steel which is situated under the plate itself.

- Manufactured in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304.
- Temperature regulation through a thermostat from 120 °C to 320 °C
