- Constructed in AISI 304 stainless steel, stamped “Top” (15/10 mm), leveling feet, water tightness “IPX4”.
- Removable peripheral rim in stainless steel.
- “U”-shaped cooking grid in AISI 441 stainless steel, 2mm thick (Food certified according to European regulation CE no
- 1935/2004).
- Removable grids and deflectors for easy maintenance.
- Lower water basin in stainless steel (dual functions): 1st for collecting cooking juices, 2nd for releasing steam.
- A water tap for filling the tank is fixed on the top, the opening is controlled by a valve positioned on the front of the appliance.
- Water discharge via the overflow (with filter) of the tank.
- Electric heating by stainless steel sheathed resistances, regulated by a thermostat.
- Resistances can be raised to 90° for easy maintenance.
- Appliances built in compliance with applicable (CE) standards.
