The LSFSR310BT ATEX is a 310-litre upright laboratory refrigerator specifically engineered to support safe storage in sensitive environments making it ideal for pharmaceutical, laboratory and industrial applications.

The internal cavity of this unit is certified in accordance with ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU for use in Zone 2, Category 3 environments. This means it is suitable for areas where explosive atmospheres are unlikely during normal operation but may occur briefly and infrequently. All external components are classified as being in a non-hazardous (safe) area and therefore do not require ATEX compliance.

With a controlled temperature range of +2°C to +10°C and a spark free interior, the unit features a solid, reversible door with integrated lock and an anti-microbial powder-coated handle for enhanced hygiene and security. A Bluetooth-enabled digital controller allows for contactless temperature monitoring and alarm history via the Lec Medical app. Additional safety features include audible and visual alarms, an air temperature probe, a factory-fitted 16mm porthole for external monitoring, and an open-door sensor.

Built with a durable painted steel exterior and a hygienic HIPS interior, the LSFSR310BT ATEX offers flexible internal storage with adjustable shelves and five door trays. It operates quietly at 39.9 dB and is energy-efficient, consuming just 0.33 kWh/24h.
