- Easily removable plate holder structure, slides allowing the use of GN 1/1 or pastry dishes 600×400 mm
- The unique design of the enclosure, coupled with the oversized AISI 304 stainless steel fan(s) positioned laterally, ensures temperature homogeneity and prevents drying out and frost formation on the food surface.
- Door: 180° opening, integrated handle, automatic closing with magnetic seal, microswitch to stop the fan when opening
- Simple but effective, the door stop keeps the door open, preventing the formation of bad odours and bacterial proliferation

- ambient temperature +43°), oversized ventilated evaporator treated against coating salts, automatic defrosting at each cycle or manual, safety pressure switch and thermal overheating relays, refrigerant R452a.
