The Hobart Ecomax Plus H615SW Hood / Passthrough Dishwasher is a strong performer and designed for ergonomic and efficient use in any demanding commercial kitchen environment. Being a ‘plus’ model this dishwasher is even more economical to run, featuring a “Intensive” hood using less water per cycle, compact wash tank with “Accurinse” technology saving you further water, detergent and energy.
Featuring a 500mm rack and capable of washing up to 48 racks per hour, resulting in an output of 1000+ plates per hour (18 plates per rack).
Ideal for high output especially for larger/oddly shaped dishes. Suitable for straight through or corner operation – tabling is available separately.
