- Cast iron plate with high heat conductibility, with one peripheral welded edge, guaranteeing a perfect watertightness.
- Drip tray for cooking juice (100x500xh 57 mm = 2.8 Lit) under the machine.
- Heating by elements made of stainless steel, put under the plate.
- Temperature regulation from 120° to 320°C by thermostat, with indicator lamp.
- Manufactured in stainless steel AISI 304.
