- Diameter of the basin 420, depth 485 mm.
- Outlet tap of 1,1/2″.
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, “deep-drawn” top (15/10 mm), adjustable stainless steel feet (150/200 mm), waterproof “IPX5”.
- Deep-drawn” tank made of AISI 316 stainless steel (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), bottom 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, equipped with a removable strainer to protect the drain valve
- Water tap for filling the tank.
- Deep-drawn” cover, made of AISI 316 stainless steel with double walls “reinforced edge” hinges with “torsion spring” gradual closing and opening.
- Indirect heating, double jacketed tank, manual water filling
- Two taps located on the front panel of the unit, the first for the opening, the second for the overflow
- Checking the pressure of the double jacket by a valve at 0.5 bar, with a pressure gauge.
- Gas heating, by AISI 304 stainless steel burners with stabilized flame
- Temperature regulation by valve.
- Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
