- Tank diameter 400 mm, depth 420 mm.
- Drain tap 6/4″.
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable feet in stainless steel.
- Pressed and sealed top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Deep-drawn tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel (bottom of the tank 30/10 mm thick, side walls 20/10 mm thick), resistant to salt corrosion and wear, equipped with removable strainer for protection of the drain valve, corners with rounded inner edges for easy and hygienic maintenance Water tap for filling the tank, with the control positioned on the front.
- Pressed” lid, hinges with “torsion spring” for gradual opening and closing, with ergonomic side handle made of stainless steel.
- Indirect heating, double jacketed tank, water filling through a tap on the front of the unit, a second one acting as an overflow, allowing to check the completion of the filling, monitoring light and drain tap
- Pressure control of the double jacket at 0.5 bar by means of a pressure switch, safety device with pressure gauge and vacuum valve placed above the top.
- Electric heating by immersion heaters in the double jacket
- Temperature regulation by a 4 positions switch, front accessibility allowing a very easy maintenance.
