- Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Deep-drawn” bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, 15/10th thick, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, provided with an overflow for starches
- The water tap valve for filling the tank is placed on the front of the appliance, the discharge valve in the lower cabinet
- A drain to the waste water system is to be provided.
- Electric heating by stainless steel armoured resistors placed inside the tank
- Temperature regulation by 4 position heating switch, safety thermostat as standard, front access for easy maintenance.
