- Manual tilt by hand wheel.
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, stainless steel adjustable feet.
- Top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Hinged upper lid of the tank with “torsion spring” in stainless steel, allowing a gradual closing and opening, equipped with ergonomic front handle made in stainless steel.
- Tilting bowl made of AISI 304 stainless steel (13 mm) thermal conductivity, rounded inner corners for easy and hygienic maintenance
- A water tap for filling is fixed on the upper top, with the control positioned on the front.
- Electric heating, by means of stainless steel armoured heating elements positioned under the bowl (uniform cooking over the entire surface of the bowl)
- Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat, front access for easy maintenance.
