The Diamond E60/CP3T Counter-Top Pasta Cooker has a Basin which is made from stainless steel with a thickness of 15/10, It is also resistant to the corrosion of salt and to wear and tear which is equipped with a catching devise for abundant farina. The bottom of the basin is equipped with a perforated plate which also is made from stainless steel; it protects the resistances from a possible contact with the pasta baskets.
- Basin, dimensions 320x370x160 mm
- Manufactured in stainless steel 18/10 AISI 304.
- Electric heating, through armoured resistances in stainless steel, immersed in the basin. Temperature regulation through a switch with 4 heating positions
