- Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
- AISI 316 stainless steel tank, thickness 15/10ths, resistant to salt corrosion and wear, with overflow for starches
- The discharge valve (ball valve) is placed on the front panel of the appliance
- The inside of the tank is provided with a double perforated bottom in AISI 304 stainless steel that protects the resistances from possible contact with the baskets.
- Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel resistors placed inside the vat
- Temperature regulation by means of a switch with 4 heating positions.
- The appliance is built in compliance with all the standards (CE) in force.
- NB: optional 8 baskets A60/CP-C8-N.
