Capacity:
- Tank diameter 600, depth 530 mm.
- 2″ drain valve.
- Constructed in stainless steel AISI 304, “top” pressed (20/10 mm), adjustable stainless steel feet (150-200 mm), water tightness “IPX5”.
- “Pressed” tank made of stainless steel AISI 316 (Food certified according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), equipped with a removable strainer
- Water tap for filling the tank.
- “Pressed” lid made of stainless steel AISI 316 with double walls “reinforced edges”, hinges with “torsion spring” allowing gradual closing and opening.
- Indirect heating, double-walled tank, water filling through a tap, a second one serving as an overflow to check the completion of filling
- Control of the double-walled pressure by a valve at 0.5 bar, with a pressure gauge.
- Electric heating by immersion resistors in the double-walled tank, equipped with an energy regulator, safety thermostat.
- Appliances built in compliance with current (CE) regulations.
