PVC motor body with ergonomic handle allows right tilt for superior emulsifying with minimum effort.

Removable and replaceable Stainless Steel Mixing Shaft.
Stainless steel AISI 304 mixing shaft, blade and cover. The blades are easily removable.
On/Off switch (for starting up to put with the “+” button), digital speed display (9 positions or full speed).
Gradual starting up to avoid any food splash (“DVC” device with constant speed, series fitted).
