- Double-walled (deep-drawn) stainless steel oven enclosure and door with thermal insulation, 3-level side guides, spring-hinged door, stainless steel handle
- Sealed cast-iron burners with brass crowns (very high efficiency). Gas valve regulation of burners from 1.5 to 7 kW and from 2 to 11 kW, pilot ignition and thermocouple safety, front access for easy maintenance. Enamelled cast-iron grids: 390×380 mm (dishwasher-safe)
- Gas oven, heated by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame. Regulated from 160°C to 310°C by a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and thermocouple safety, 1 grid available
