- Pressed and watertight top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, integrated liquid collection bowls, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in AISI 304 stainless steel.
- Burner with hot fires in watertight treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency)
- Temperature regulation by means of gas valve
- Burner regulation from 1,5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
- Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm
- (Dishwasher safe).
- Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber
- Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool
- Temperature regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
