- Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and provided with thermal insulation, lateral guides on 3 levels.
- Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
- Burner burners in treated cast iron, brass crown (very high efficiency)
- Burner regulation from 1.5 to 7 kW by gas valve, pilot ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
- Upper grids in enamelled cast iron, dimensions 330×300 mm
- (Dishwasher safe).
- Cast iron hotplate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber
- Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool
- Temperature regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple.
- Gas oven GN 2/1, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame
- Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by means of a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
