- Oven door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
- Cast iron solid plate (10 mm) with removable central ring, gas heating by a burner positioned in the centre of the combustion chamber
- Combustion chamber thermally insulated with glass wool
- Temperature regulation by a gas valve, ignition by piezoelectric ignition and safety by thermocouple, front access for easy maintenance.
- Gas oven, heating by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame
- Oven temperature regulation from 150°C to 290°C, by means of a thermostatic gas valve, piezoelectric ignition and safety thermocouple, supplied with 1 grid.
