- Heating by burners in stainless steel with stabilized flame, placed under a “special” stainless steel caps, which transmit heat by radiation, this unique construction feature has the ability to ensure that the live flame is never in contact with food.
- Combustion chamber made entirely of stainless steel.
- Valve control with safety by thermocouple, automatic ignition by pilot light, electric piezo.
- Lower water tank in stainless steel (double functions): 1st collect the juices of the cooking and attenuate the smoke during the cooking of the food, 2nd release a steam for a remarkable cooking.
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304.
- Adjustable lower cylinders.
- The equipment is manufactured following the (CE) standards in force.
