- Version: smooth hard chrome plate “50 µm”.
- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable cylinders.
- Stamped top (15/10 mm) in AISI 304 stainless steel, IPX5 water resistance.
- Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Cast iron cooking hob (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity, fully welded to the top, inclined forward
- A drawer for collecting the cooking juices is positioned on the front of the appliance.
- Anti-splash rim on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
- Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilised flame
- Burner flame regulation, by a gas thermostatic valve T° 300°C, ignition by pilot flame and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access allowing very easy maintenance.
