- With a 20 mm hard chrome nitro plate,
- 4 independent cooking zones,
- Temperature regulation through a thermostatic valve from 130°C to 300°C.
- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, pressed “top” (20/10 mm), adjustable leveling feet, waterproof IPX5 sealing.
- Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (food-safe according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge ensuring a perfect seal.
- Drip tray for cooking juices.
- Gas heating with burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame.
- Appliances built in compliance with applicable CE standards.
