- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn “top” (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, watertight “IPX5”.
- Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral rim guaranteeing perfect watertightness
- Drawer for collecting cooking juices.
- Gas heating, by burners (4 ramps per 1/2 module) in stainless steel with stabilized flame.
- Appliances built in compliance with the standards (CE) in force.
