- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn “Top” (20/10 mm), large adjustable stainless steel feet (front and side panels in stainless steel: On request), waterproof “IPX5”.
- Removable stainless steel peripheral edge.
- Removable cast iron cooking grid, 2 sides, one for meat, the other for fish, vegetables…
- Lower stainless steel water tank (double function): 1st collect the juices from the cooking process, 2nd release steam.
- Gas heating by AISI 304 stainless steel burners with stabilized flame (3 ramps per 1/2 module) protected by a stainless steel “cap”
- Temperature regulation by gas valve.
- Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
