- Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral edge guaranteeing perfect watertightness
- Drawer for recovery of cooking juices.
- Gas heating, by stainless steel burners with stabilized flame.
