- Made of stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable jacks.
- Deep-drawn top (15/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304, waterproof “IPX5”.
- Rear chimney in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Cast iron cooking plate (15 mm) with high thermal conductivity completely welded to the top, inclined at the front.
- Anti-splash edge on 3 sides (see A7/PS…).
- Frontal collection tray for recuperation of the roasting liquid.
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate itself
- Temperature regulation from 50°C to 300°C, by thermostat.
