- Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004), welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing
- Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
- Electric heating by stainless steel resistors, placed under the plate.
