- Inclined cooking hob in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral rim guaranteeing perfect watertightness
- Drawer for collecting cooking juices (3 litres).
- Electric heating by stainless steel heating elements placed under the plate.
- Appliances built in compliance with current EC standards.
