- Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn “top” (15/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof “IPX5”.
- Inclined cooking plate in brushed treated steel (Certified food-grade according to European regulation CE n.1935/2004) with high thermal conductivity, made in one piece with the TOP itself, 100% hygiene guaranteed.
- Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
- Electric heating by stainless steel resistors, placed under the plate.
