- Deep-drawn” bowl in AISI 304 stainless steel with all corners and inside angles rounded for easy and hygienic maintenance, equipped with cold zone. Lid in stainless steel. Drain tap (ball valve) for the tank and the oil decanting tray, placed in the lower cabinet
- Gas heating, by means of heat exchangers immersed in the tank, fed by cast iron burners with horizontal flame. Temperature regulation from 90°C to 190°C, by thermostatic valve, pilot light ignition and safety system by thermocouple, piezoelectric device, front access for easy maintenance
