- Two stainless steel brackets support the heating element and thermostat bulbs.
- Safety thermostat with reset function in the cabinet.
- Supplied with 2 sets of 50 filters.
- Output of 35 kg of fries per hour.
- Appliance built in compliance with all current (CE) standards.
- Specifically designed for fast food and restaurants, this cabinet fryer is equipped with adjustable heating elements, allowing power adjustment based on the desired cooking level.
- Max power (12 KW) for cooking frozen foods, with rapid temperature rise.
- Medium power (8 KW) for cooking fresh foods.
- Low power (4 KW) for keeping the oil warm.
- This fryer is equipped with an all-stainless-steel automatic oil filtration system.
