- Deep-drawn tank in stainless steel AISI 304 with all the internal corners rounded for an easy and hygienic maintenance, provided with a cold zone, the draining tap (with ball) of the tank is placed on the front side of the device. A chrome-plated steel wire flange is placed inside the tank to retain impurities, guaranteeing the quality and also a longer life of the cooking oils. Stainless steel lid
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel armored resistors, immersed in the tank. Rear tilting of the resistance block allowing an easy cleaning of the tank, temperature regulation from 100° to 180°C by thermostat
- The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE standards
