- A chrome-plated steel wire flange is placed inside the tank to retain impurities, guaranteeing the quality and also a longer life of the cooking oils
- Stainless steel lid.
- Electric heating by means of stainless steel armored resistors, immersed in the tank
- Rear tilting of the resistance block allowing an easy cleaning of the tank
- Temperature regulation from 100° to 180°C by thermostat.
- The appliance is built in compliance with all current CE standards.
