Diamond E3F/24R Electric Twin Deck Pizza Oven, 2 Chambers

The Diamond E3F/24R Electric Pizza Oven Twin Deck is  heated by a top and bottom electric armoured element(s). Being set by thermostats (50 to 400 °C) with a serial analogue thermometer, it actually uses a safety thermostat. Also, the equipment is manufactured with the following (CE) standards in force.  

• Chambers: 2x 620x500x120 mm.
• Thermostatic control of the two chambers by 3 thermostats.
• Front side aesthetics “RUSTIQUE”, made in high temperature painted steel, chassis in painted sheet.
• Chamber with top stainless steel arcade, avoiding the heat from going out when opening the door.
• Galvanised steel chamber, bottom in “special” refractory material.
• Door with heatless handle.
