- Upper bowl in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Standard delivered with a 6 mm grid.
- Grid and blade in stainless steel “auto-sharping”.
- Ventilated motor, ideally designed for intensive use.
- Wheel drive in oil bath.
- Low voltage control 24V.
- Delivered with a recovery container for minced meat in stainless steel AISI 304.
- Aplliances are in compliance with standards (CE) in force.
