Ice crushed to different sizes by simply adjusting the blade. Finely reduced ice for traditional granitas. Larger sizes (max. 10mm) for preparing cocktails (Caipirinha, Caipiroska or Mojito…) or for garnishing cold dishes for serving or display
- 15000 rpm.
- On/off switch, stainless steel screws.
- ABS molded body, inner stainless steel and aluminium structure, polished aluminium hopper, food-grade plastic drip tray (2 litres).
- Fitted with safety microswitch on hopper lever and receiving tray, also fitted with ‘thermal’ protection device.
- Multi-groove belt, minimal power loss.
- The equipment is manufactured following the current (CE) standards.
