- Easy cleaning, removable feed hopper
- Low-voltage 24V controls, with reverse operation, protection class (IP54), NVR (No-Voltage Release) preventing unintentional starting
- Fan-cooled and powerful motor (for high-production yield), equipped with a thermal relay
- Hermetic gearbox in oil-bath with a double insulation to prevent liquids from penetrating through
- AISI 304 stainless steel barrel and worm, sturdy and reliable barrel fixing mechanism
- Wide, removable feed-hopper, with a dedicated compartment underneath to store plates and knives
- Machine complying with the current CE standards
