- Construction in austenitic stainless steel (food)
- Walls and door made of double injected prey (high density CFC-free polyurethane)
- Door opening at 120°, with vertical latch and key lock, with a seal in the door frame, easily replaceable without tools
- Hinges with stop at 100°, closing with automatic return, avoiding heat loss
- Possibility of using GN 2/1 or GN 1/1 spacing 60 mm
- Heating by resistances and pulsed air, homogeneity of the temperature thanks to an internal fan
- Equipped with 4 wheels of Ø 160 mm in stainless steel, 2 of which with brakes, pivoting and soundproof
- Peripheral bumper, very resistant and non-marking
- Very strong side handles, easy handling
- Humidifier device, water tank with overflow protection
- Integrated control panel, digital display
- Electronic regulation from 30 to 90°C
